Education Reform: the Government and Society. A roundtable discussion in the Gorbachev Foundation

On December 15, 2010 the Gorbachev Foundation hosted a roundtable discussion Education Reform: the Government and Society. The discussion was held upon an initiative of Coordinating Council of the Civil Dialogue Forum. The meeting was dedicated to the current state of the national education and  recent efforts to make amendments into the federal law “On education.”
